Maternity Cover

OFFICE HOURS: 9am to 5pm

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Head Office in Welshpool to cover maternity leave until 23rd December 2020

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll undertake day-to-day organisational work, provide administrative and professional support. You’ll need to be efficient and well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.

In addition to the above, you’ll build and maintain excellent relationships and communications with a multitude of contacts in the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging UK and International travel, including flights, trains, hotels, airport parking and managing itineraries when necessary
  • Supporting CEO, Senior Management and visitors, and preparing for visits
  • Planning, coordinating and managing meetings across time zones including booking meeting rooms, providing refreshments, video conference set up and agenda preparation
  • Ensuring actions and information requests are followed up appropriately
  • Researching, sourcing and general preparation for any events or meeting
  • Regular handling of confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Collating monthly UK and international expense claims
  • Managing projects through to completion on behalf of the CEO

Skills required:

  • 5 GCSEs grade A* to C (or equivalent) are essential
  • Proficient in all forms of communication ( French Language would be advantageous but not necessary )
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good knowledge of how to put presentations and briefings together
  • High level of attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good level of financial literacy
  • Remain confidential and professional with sensitive personnel-related data and information
  • Work individually and as part of a team with minimal supervision

Marketing/Digital Content Manager

OFFICE HOURS: 9am to 5pm

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience

We seek an experienced marketeer to fill this new stand alone position. Reporting directly to the CEO you will work closely with our internal and external sales team both in the UK and our overseas offices, you will be responsible for enhancing and overseeing all product advertising including trade exhibitions both in the UK and overseas. You will be a generalist marketeer who has the knowledge of both digital and traditional offline channels and an understanding of how to market a product to an enduser.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Brochure Production - Write and Proof content for sales brochures

Creative Design - Creating Catalogues , Price Guides and Data Leaflets in addition to additional marketing collateral

Copywriting - Creating engaging content for our websites and printed materials

Website Maintenance -Manage companies websites , creating content and editing images

 

Experience Required:

2-3 years Experience as a designer

Excellent copywriting and editing skills

Experience in Adobe Suite -Indesign, illustrators and Acrobat and Photoshop

Experience in Typography trends and styles

Good Knowledge of HTML . Writing web pages in a combination of code

Worked with Dreamweaver , Flash , CSS , JavaScript

 

Qualifications Required:

IDM or Similar
